The three teams have separated themselves from the chasing pack, with fourth-placed Nadroga on 31 points.

Malolo sit fifth on 27 points, followed by Suva on 26 and Navosa on 23.

Taveuni and Ba are level on 20 points, with Taveuni placed eighth and Ba ninth on points differential.

With Round 10 scheduled for this Saturday, every match becomes increasingly important as teams look to strengthen their positions before the final rounds.

Naitasiri will be looking to protect their one-point advantage over Nadi and Tailevu, while the chasing teams will be aiming to close the gap.

The battle at the bottom is also expected to intensify, with Rewa needing victories in their remaining matches to move away from the bottom of the standings.

With the competition entering its final stretch, the next three rounds could have a major bearing on the final Skipper Cup standings.
