The TISA Insurance Dominion Brothers have completed their final preparations in Samoa for the Vailima Marist 7s and are now focused on their matches scheduled for tomorrow and Saturday.

The side wrapped up its captain’s run this morning, marking the final training session before the start of competition.

Fiji Airways Fiji men’s sevens half-back Filipo Bukayaro is leading the team in their campaign there.

It also presents another opportunity for the club to test itself against quality opposition while also providing valuable development opportunities for its younger players.

With a number of young players included in the travelling party, the tournament offers a chance for emerging talent to gain exposure to a higher level of competition in a different rugby environment.

For many of the younger members of the squad, the tour represents an opportunity to develop both on and off the field.

Exposure to overseas competition can help players adapt to different playing styles, improve their game management, and gain confidence against unfamiliar opponents.

Dominion has established itself as one of Fiji’s competitive club rugby teams and continue to invest in developing the next generation of players.

The club’s participation in regional tournaments provides an avenue for young athletes to showcase their abilities while learning from senior teammates and coaching staff.

The team has spent the past few days settling into Samoa and fine-tuning preparations ahead of the opening matches.

With the captain’s run now complete, the focus shifts to execution on game day as the squad aims to produce strong performances throughout the tournament.

As competition gets underway, Dominion Brothers will be looking to make the most of the experience, with the tour serving not only as a chance to compete for results but also as an opportunity to strengthen the squad for future campaigns.

The club will be hoping its blend of youth and experience can deliver positive performances when action begins this weekend.
