Director steps down

PROPERTY and fleet management firm VB Holdings Ltd this week announced the retirement of its board director Ratnesh Singh who has served in the role for 10 years.

“The company thanks Mr Singh, who is well known within the organisation for serving the company well, and he will continue as part of the management team,” chief executive officer Bob Niranjan said.

“His role as the assistant general manager for Niranjan Autoport Pte Ltd continues to require his energy and attention.”

The company also announced the appointment of chartered accountant Sikeli Tuinamuana as an independent non-executive director effective June 4, 2026.

Mr Tuinamuana, a respected accounting and business professional with over 40 years of experience in auditing, corporate governance, financial management, strategic advisory and business transformation, holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from the University of the South Pacific and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a chartered accountant and a member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants.

He has held senior leadership positions with leading international professional services firms, including Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he served as Partner.

He is currently a Partner at Raki Partners and has had extensive board and governance experience, having served on the boards and committees of several prominent organisations, including Fiji National Provident Fund, Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Ltd, Vodafone Papua New Guinea, the iTaukei Trust Fund Board and the Audit Committee of Fijian Holdings Limited.

He has also made significant contributions to national sports administration and corporate governance in Fiji.
