This is in reply to Mr Reddy’s comments (FT dated 21/01/2017).
He stated that this is not a patchwork and his engineering teams need to study Fiji’s cyclone powers.
He must be joking or have hired some newcomers for his work.
By now Fiji engineers should have knowledge of cyclone pressures.
As a minister, he shouldn’t make such comments.
Private properties are developed overnight Mr Reddy. So why can’t we do the schools?
Please hire some qualified engineers who can give you a structured plan overnight and contract some qualified contractors who can build overnight.
We are in the modern world with modern technology. Make use of it.
If you can’t do it just inform the honourable PM and he will take care of it .
