Lautoka go into the CVC as favourites this year.
The CVC is scheduled to be played at the newly-renovated Churchill Park this week.
Lautoka will host the Men in Black on Friday.
The return leg will be played on Sunday. Western fans can come and witness a game that is billed to be the best in domestic soccer.
Lautoka City Council spent substantially to refurbish the park and it is time to reap the reward.
I think similar attitude and investment is required of all other ground-owning bodies.
I believe Nadi’s Prince Charles Park also needs a facelift and synthetic tracks to be on par with the rest of the world. I think the Men in Black have won the CVC eight times since it began. I don’t know about Lautoka. Anyway, let’s witness and see who takes out the prize this time. I wish all the best to both the teams.
