MISS Civil Service Fulori Waibuta was crowned Miss Vodafone Ba Carnival 2018 queen last night.

The University of Fiji final year medical student paid tribute to her peers and her mother, Mere Waibuta, for support during the weeklong festival.

“Dream big,” the 24-year-old said to more than 5000 people who turned up to witness the event.
