Landslide makes Vunisea jetty road inaccesible

JETTY road on Kadavu island is currently closed after a landslide blocked off access to Vunisea Jetty.

The Fiji Roads Authority issued official confirmation of the incident this morning to inform motorists and residents that Jetty road cannot be accessed for an indefinite period.

The FRA said the landslide was due to the heavy rain from last night.

Naboutini Civil Contractors is currently clearing the site for the FRA.
