The 2018 Powerade Cup season kicks off at Albert Park in Suva tomorrow with three matches scheduled to be played on the day.

“This year’s edition promising to be the biggest and the best,” AFL development coordinator South Pacific Simon Highfield said.

“With over double the teams competing compared to last year, the skill, fitness and toughness of the competition promises to be even more entertaining for both the Suva and Nadi based teams.

“The women tackle harder than the men.”

11.02am- Makoi Magpies vs Navua
12noon- Northland vs Royal Eagles
