I LOVE to read Seona Smiles’ Sunday feature in The Sunday Times.
Reading through her wicket sense of humour I came closer to the end thinking “No, no, not again”.
But there it was her two paragraph piece on Professor Brij Lal and his wife Dr Padma Lal (FT 1/1).
It brought to memory the parable of the widow and the judge ( Luke 1: 1-8).
Most people know what happened there. The widow was so persistent that she wore the judge out and he conceded to her request.
If Seona Smiles is going to continue like this then I feel sorry for the authorities. The pounding will continue and may get louder. It is only the first day and first week of 2017.
What is it about Brij and Padma Lal?
What unforgivable sin did they commit against the nation and people of Fiji?
Are they as lethal as cocaine that we ban them?
