Search underway for driver involved in hit and run case

Police are in search for the driver of vehicle number LR 5276 who is alleged to be involved in a hit and run case while on his way to Lautoka this morning.

According to Police, the suspect is alleged to have hit a 23-year-old man who was walking along the Saweni road in Lautoka.

The victim was rushed to the Lautoka Hospital.

Police are seeking assistance from the public in locating the vehicle.
