FIJI Rugby is set to restore pride in the home of the national game with a facelift for Rugby House and the High-Performance Unit (HPU) Gym through a new partnership with Dulux Fiji.
Dulux Fiji will serve as the Official Paint Partner, with refurbishment expected to begin in the coming months.
This project is more than a fresh coat of paint; it aims to improve Fiji Rugby’s working environment and strengthen the organisation’s foundations.
CEO Koli Sewabu said Rugby House must reflect the pride and professionalism of its staff and players.
“Every meaningful transformation begins with small but deliberate actions, and this is one of those moments,” Sewabu said.
“Rugby House is the heart of our organisation, and we want it to reflect the pride, professionalism and ambition of Fijian rugby.”
The refurbishment will upgrade facilities used daily by players, coaches, and staff preparing for national and international campaigns.
Sewabu emphasised that while on-field performance is important, behind-the-scenes work is equally crucial for Fiji Rugby’s long-term success.
He described the Dulux partnership as an investment in creating a more professional and inspiring environment.
Dulux Fiji CEO Roshan Singh said the company was honoured to support Fiji’s national sport, calling rugby a source of “pride, unity and inspiration” for the nation.
“We are honoured to play a small part in supporting Fiji Rugby by helping create spaces that reflect the pride and passion associated with our national sport.”
The refurbishment marks a key step in Fiji Rugby’s efforts to build a stronger organisation and renew Rugby House, the home of Fijian rugby.
