QVS interhouse: Waqavatu crowned Blue ribbon winner

Netani Waqavatu, 18, was crowned the Blue-ribbon winner at the QVS interhouse today.

The Somosomo, Taveuni lad said that he was extremely surprised that he crossed the finishing line first.

He said all was possible through God.
