THE Police Special Response Unit team has taken the car out of the river near Kasavu outside Nausori.

The vehicle had veered off the road earlier this morning.

Details are sketchy at this stage as Police continue with their investigations.

But this afternoon, a team of divers managed to find the body of a man who was an occupant of the car, while they continued the search for other possible occupants.
