Art is not just something for show; it is therapeutic and it helps artists set goals for life after prison, says Speaker to Parliament Ratu Epeli Nailatikau.

During the New LiFiji CorrectionsServicefe art exhibition at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva, Ratu Epeli acknowledged the FCS for moving in the right direction with the New Life exhibition and for bringing the show outside the Tagimoucia Gallery in Korovou, Suva in order to give the artists more exposure.

“The New Life exhibition, Tagimouicia Gallery, and the development of artists in our Corrections Centers are indeed an incredibly positive and tangible outcome of the Yellow Ribbon Project,” he said.
