Toyota Tsusho (South Sea) Ltd (TTS), trading as Asco Motors Fiji, this week announced the resignation of its board member Kunihiko Inada, effective March 31, 2024.
“Mr Yoshiki Nishimura has been elected to replace Mr Inada on the Board of Toyota Tsusho (SouthSea) Ltd effective as of 1 April 2024.
“Mr Nishimura is currently the manager of the Oceania and Middle East Mobility Department at Toyota Tsusho Corporation of Japan.
“He possesses over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, with additional expertise in corporate planning and sales roles in the Toyota Tsusho Group of Companies across various international locations such as Japan, Singapore, and Pakistan,” TTS stated in its announcement at the South Pacific Stock Exchange.
“Noteworthy achievements include successful export operations, strategic planning, and new business development. Mr Nishimura holds a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from Kyushu University Japan, complemented by certifications in accounting and financial planning and proficiency in Japanese and English.
