I AM a regular commuter over the Navo bridge and get caught in the big queues in the mornings and afternoons. One of the reasons for these long queues is the road humps on both sides of the Navo bridge.
I understand these humps were done sometime back when the bridge was undergoing repairs.
Could the authorities explain what is the purpose for these humps now?
