People will now get to experience Mexican dishes at an affordable price after the opening of the Grace Roads new Olive Tree Mexican Cuisine at the newly-built Challenge Plaza in Laqere, Nasinu yesterday.
Grace Road Group’s operating manager Grace Park said the restaurant was part of their construction plan where people could shop from their supermarkets and also enjoy eating with their families and friends.
She said this was one of their very spacious restaurants that had cost around $800,000 and employed around 30 people with more recruitment planned.
Ms Park said they always tried to introduce new dining experience where people could try more varieties, which was reflected by their customers’ support from its first opening.
“Grace Road always promotes a healthy life and that is why most of our ingredients and food products like cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, pumpkin and coriander are from our own Grace Road farm which is healthy and hygienic,” she said.
“We also support local farmers as guava, pineapple, pawpaw, cassava and dalo are the things we buy from them.”
Ms Pak said their business idea had always been about developments outside the town and city areas.
She said they also had plans to expand their business to the Northern Division.
