People have started arriving for the memorial service of the late Professor Brij Lal.

Attendees include farmers, business owners, hoteliers, villagers of Tabia and those who travelled from Savusavu and Labasa.

The Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka and his deputy Biman Prasad are expected to arrive by midday with the family.
