Kumar: Protect workers and employers

WE must protect workers and we must protect the employers, says Employment Minister Parveen Kumar.

He made the comment in Parliament during his ministerial statement on national minimum wages formation and implementation under the Employment Relations Act 2007.

“This is the balancing act at the heart of the process of fixing and applying a just minimum wage for all parties,” he said.
