High Court in Suva judge Justice Salesi Temo says murder cases are a priority and top of the agenda in the court calendar.

Justice Temo made these comments while fixing a trial date in a case of a 27-year-old farmer from Kadavu who is accused of beating to death his three months pregnant de-facto partner last year.

Mosese Sigabalavu Koroi appeared before Justice Salesi Temo yesterday charged with one count of murder.
