HOTEC 2026, the Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association’s premier trade exhibition, returns next week, on October 22-23 at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort and Spa in Wailoaloa, Nadi.

Each week, we introduce some of this year’s confirmed exhibitors. This week’s line-up features the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise delegation, confirmed as HOTEC 2026’s Gold Sponsors.

KlipTank Limited

KlipTank provides sustainable, New Zealand-made water storage solutions designed for resorts, golf courses and remote island communities, with modular above-ground tanks suited to potable water, rainwater harvesting, irrigation and fire protection, available up to six million litres capacity. General managers and engineers can discuss non-corrosive construction built to withstand salt-laden air and coastal humidity, flat-packed delivery that cuts freight and installation costs for remote locations, and a proven Pacific track record spanning projects in Fiji, the Cook Islands and the Marshall Islands, including the Vatu Talei Sofitel extension and The Rarotongan Beach Resort. It is a practical option for properties looking to secure long-term water supply with notably lower maintenance demands than traditional concrete or steel tank construction.

Be Nourished

Be Nourished is a proudly New Zealand-owned producer of premium organic fermented foods, and food and beverage teams can sample naturally fermented sauerkraut, kimchi and Gut Shots crafted to support gut health and everyday wellbeing. Made with quality ingredients and genuine care for both flavour and sustainability, these products offer hotels and resorts a straightforward way to add wholesome, better-for-you options to menus, from à la carte dining to wellness-focused breakfasts. As guest interest in gut health and natural foods continues to grow, Be Nourished gives properties a tasty, credible option that fits comfortably alongside existing kitchen operations, without requiring specialist preparation, additional staff training or changes to kitchen workflows, making it an easy addition to any menu.

Wattie’s

Founded in 1934, Wattie’s has been a staple of New Zealand food production for over 80 years and today sits within the Kraft Heinz portfolio alongside Whitlock’s, Eta and Oak. Partnering with like-minded growers across orchards, grow rooms and paddocks, Delish Connect brings fresh, consistent produce to Fiji with genuine traceability from source to kitchen. For hotels and resorts focused on menu quality and reliable supply, this direct producer-to-plate model offers a practical alternative to standard distribution channels, backed by deep industry roots and a clear commitment to freshness, value and consistent seasonal availability, with growers able to respond quickly and reliably to changing menu requirements and seasonal demand across the hospitality sector.
