The Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) is in the final stages of activating the laptop assistance under the education withdrawal ground.

Speaking at a member forum at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva last Thursday, fund CEO Viliame Vodonaivalu said their team was in the process of identifying laptop suppliers.

“Our team is conducting the necessary updates to our system, and we are in the process of identifying a few companies that supply laptops to be part of our approved suppliers,” he said.

“Last year, in July, we reviewed the education assistance or withdrawal based on suggestions from you, our members to include professional development courses to allow you, our members, to pursue these courses to improve your job prospects.”
