FMF Foods Limited has officially launched Amul Condensed Milk in Fiji, unveiling the new product during the FMF Inter-District Championship (IDC) finals on October 11.
In a statement, the company said the launch marked another milestone in expanding its range of Amul products available to Fijian consumers.
The introduction follows the success of Amul Ghee, one of the first Amul products brought into the Fijian market by FMF.
The company said Amul Condensed Milk was being introduced as a versatile ingredient for desserts, beverages and traditional family recipes.
The official unveiling featured a performance by the Mata Dance Group, adding entertainment to the occasion.
Guests were also treated to complimentary tastings of dishes prepared using the new product, including kheer-puri, custard pie, gulab jamun and roti.
FMF said the food demonstrations highlighted the product’s versatility in preparing traditional favourites and other sweet treats.
As the naming rights sponsor of the FMF IDC, the company said the championship finals provided an opportunity to introduce the product while celebrating Fiji’s passion for football and food.
The company described the launch as another step in its efforts to bring trusted food products to households across the country.
FMF said the introduction of Amul Condensed Milk would build on the popularity of Amul Ghee and further strengthen its growing product range in Fiji.
