Fiji Cricket ready for important match against Vanuatu

THE Fiji Cricket side is aware of the importance of its first match against Vanuatu this Saturday at the ICC EAP Sub-Regional World T20 Qualifiers.

Fiji, being the host will go in as favourites but know the challenge Vanuatu will bring as they have in the past.

Fiji plays Vanuatu at Albert Park Ground One at 9.30am while at the same time, Papua New Guinea will be playing Samoa in Ground 2.

Later in the day, Fiji plays its next match against PNG while Vanuatu takes on Samoa.

The winner of this competition qualifies for the regional finals to be held next year.
