THE Fiji National Rugby League will have a new Fiji Bati coach before the end of its next zone competition.

This has been confirmed by FNRL Executive Chair Peni Musunamasi.

Musunamasi said while some applications had been received, they will re-advertise the position.

” I do have some applications with me but we will need to re-advertise. The former CEO had all the applications and we just need to give the applicants another chance to confirm we accept all interested candidates.”

“We will have a new coach before the zone competition finishes as we want the new coach to have a fair look at the players we have locally.” He said.

The FNRL zone competition begins next month.
