EQUALMED, a charitable organisation based in Georgia in the United States today donated medical supplies and equipment to the Ministry of Health and Diabetes Fiji.
Founder and chief executive officer of the organization Nivita Sharma said the equipments would further boost service delivery in respective health centres and hospitals in the country.
She said as a charitable organisation it was only right for them to give back to the country and the community.
Ms Sharma said for the past two years Diabetes Fiji together with the Ministry of Health had been benefiting from their generous donations.
