Eastern Zone: RKS U18 defeats strong QVS side; Match results

IT was a blessing in disguise for the Ratu Kadavulevu School U18 team after they won their game against a strong Queen Victoria School side with a penalty kick after the final whistle signaling the end of the game.
The QVS brigade had the ball in their court after the second half of the game.
However, they could not hold their composure together during the referee’s time giving away an easy penalty to the boys from Lodoni.
QVS led 3-0 at half time and scored an unconverted try in the second spell of the Eastern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby Union competition at the Sila school grounds.
RKS, on the other hand, penned their first points in the second half with a converted try and of course the winning penalty kick.
The final score was RKS 10-8 QVS.
