Former Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and former Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem will not be a part of the Supreme Court proceedings to find out the eligibility of Justice of Appeal Alipate Qetaki and acting Director of Public Prosecutions John Rabuku to hold their positions.

Supreme Court judges, Justice Sir Terence Arnold and Justice Brian Keith, refused the pair’s applications to be interveners or interested parties in the case this morning.

The case has been scheduled for oral submissions from all confirmed parties on June 19 and June 20.
