The Eastern Saints ended their debut season lifting the Digicel Koroturaga Championship title after beating Fresh ‘et Navy White 20-17 in the final at Albert Park today.

Eastern Saints coach and former Flying Fijans Seremaia Bai taking the Koroturaga trophy was icing on the cake after already securing a spot in the 2021 Escott Shield competition.

“We do this to mold better citizens and give opportunities to players that do not have that proper platform,” said Bai.

The Eastern Saints will take a two break before they begin their off season Navy openside flanker Mesulame Navakayala was named the man of the match.
