Since launched Mana Sports Supplements have extended the range which now includes Pre-Workout and Pre-Workout Extreme. These two products are designed to boost training output when taken 30 minutes before training.
Mana pre-work is a non-stimulant supplement which means that it does not contain caffeine. The main ingredient in Mana pre-workout is Beta alanine, which is known to support athletic performance, exercise capacity and muscle endurance. This is especially beneficial for athletes who perform high intensity training, weight training or sprint work.
Mixing directions
For energy and focus in training, mix 10g (2 scoops) with 200ml of water and consume 30-45minutes before your workout, once a day.

Mana pre-work extreme (stimulant)contains the stimulant caffeine. Stimulants have been used by athletes, body builder and fitness enthusiasts for the ability to instantly boost mental and physical performance.
Caffeine is also known to improve muscular strength and endurance. This is the reason stimulants are quite popular with athletes in high intensity sports. This product should not be consumed with other caffeinated products or stimulants, and is recommended to be taken in the morning.
