Ba’s commanding victory highlighted an entertaining round of competition, with attacking rugby dominating across the matches.
Suva Women also recorded a convincing win, defeating Tailevu 31-5 to maintain their strong form in the championship.
Naitasiri Women continued their campaign with a 27-5 victory over Nadroga Women in another one-sided encounter.
Macuata was equally impressive, overpowering Lautoka 51-17 to underline their attacking strength and claim a comprehensive victory.
Nasinu completed the round’s results with a 29-14 win over Kadavu and Nadi women Win by default over Namosi women.
The Round Nine results produced a high-scoring weekend, with the five matches producing more than 300 points as teams continued their push for a strong finish to the championship.
With the competition entering the later stages, the results have added further importance to the remaining rounds as teams battle for valuable points and momentum heading into the finals race.
