BA Golf will kick off its starting tournaments this week at the FSC Golf Club, with players set to compete in the first monthly medal event of the year this Sunday.
The tournament, sponsored by Vikrant Chandra, is expected to attract strong participation across all grades as members return to competitive play in Ba.
Chandra said he is proud to continue supporting the Ba Golf Club monthly medal series.
“I am pleased to continue supporting Ba Golf Club’s monthly medal tournament,” Chandra said.
“Over the past two years, it has been rewarding to see the competition grow and bring members together.
“Sponsorship is my way of giving back to the community and helping foster the spirit of golf in Ba. I look forward to seeing this tradition thrive for many more years.
“Millbrook Hills has its 10th year anniversary next year having started our journey in Ba in January 2017. I promise to have a bigger event next year marking our 10 year anniversary.”
Tournament officials have confirmed the day’s schedule, with reporting time set for 12.00pm and hit-off at 12.30pm. Entry fee is $20, with prizes to be awarded across all grades.
The event marks an important return of competitive golf activity in Ba, with players expected to battle it out for early season honours at the FSC Golf Club.
