Murder accused Peceli Rokoravolo told the High Court in Lautoka he has not received the full disclosure of documents from the prosecution.

Mr Rokoravolo, 38, who is charged with the murder of Nadi doctor Dr Isireli Biumaitotoya, appeared in court on Tuesday before Justice Aruna Aluthge.

The accused informed Justice Aluthge that the documents he had received from the Legal Aid Commission which had previously represented him were missing some of the disclosures. In response, the State told the court five volumes of disclosures had been served on the defence, except for the compact disc (CD) which contains the voir dire video recording interview.

Justice Aluthge requested the State to disclose a copy of the CD to the accused before the trial between July 6 and July 17.

Mr Rokoravolo has been further remanded in custody, and he will reappear in court on June 9 for his bail hearing.
