QUEEN Victoria School Under 18 team defeated Seaqaqa Central College 59-0 in the Eastern Zone National Playoffs at Ratu Cakobau Park yesterday afternoon.
Eastern Secondary School rugby zone president Solomone Seru said the northern schools needed to be developed.
“Our 2019 plan is to involve other schools in the Easter Zone through rugby development in this; academic performance and discipline will help and develop students to become a better Citizen in future,” he said.
