As we count down the hours to another weekend, sporting fans will no doubt be focused on a number of events, from rugby union, to international 7s action, and there’s the rugby league in Australia when the Fiji Bati take on the PNG Kumuls.

The big one on the front page though of The Fiji Times’ edition for Saturday, June 25 is on politics.

Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELAP) leader Viliame Gavoka says his party will be following the directive by the Fijian Elections Office which reported it to the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC), citing breaches to Section 116(4C) of the Electoral Act.

Read that story in The Fiji Times on Saturday.

The main picture on the front page is of Flying Fijians centre Semi Radradra who is in the country. He was cheering for his younger brother at the Tailevu Zone athletics competition at the National Stadium in Suva.
