Suva slowly finding its form

The Ram Sami Suva rugby side wants to end the first round of the Skipper Cup competition on a high when it faces Rewa this weekend.

Suva is on a three-match winning run with Nadroga being their latest prey.

Suva beat Nadroga 21-18 in the last round at the ANZ Stadium last Saturday.

The defending champions will travel to face Rewa at Burebasaga this Saturday.

Suva team manager Nemani Tuifagalele said the aim was to continue with the current form.

“We want to set the platform when we face Rewa so we can go into the second round with a good momentum starting against Nadroga,” Tuifagalele said.

The Capital City side has depth on the bench which came on in the second spell do get the job done against Nadroga.

In other round seven matches this week, Nadi hosts Naitasiri, Tailevu battles Northland while Namosi face Nadroga. All matches kick off at 3pm on Saturday.
