Special approved business permit

The 28 storeys, WG Friendship Plaza in Suva have been granted the permit to operate by the Ministry of Commerce, Trade, Tourism and Transport as a “Special Approved Business”.

Acting manager of WG International Real Estate Company Fiji Ltd Julian Yuen said, “Divided into smaller operational bubbles, we are happy to be back at work as we want to be part of an impressive development in the heart of Suva.”

It was stated by MCTTT the WG International Real Estate Company Fiji Ltd, has invested more than $150 million into the development.

The company will be commencing construction within COVID-safe protocols.
