Pool draw made for 2021 Mobil Uprising 7s tournament

Tabadamu, Uluinakau, Fiji 7s two and Fire have been drawn together in pool B in what has been described as the pool of death of the 2021 Mobil Uprising 7s tournament during the pool draws at the Uprising Beach Resort today.

Gareth Baber’s Fiji 7s one leads pool A with Uprising, Cross of Victory and the Veiyasana Providers.

Super 7s first leg champions Police also lead a strong pool C with Yamacia, Dominion Brothers and Waidrauso Brothers.

Ratu Felise are in Pool D with Lami Cavaliers, Army and Wardens.

In the women’s category Fijiana head pool A with Army and Hope Rugby.

Pool B is led by leaders Seahawks with rivals Striders and the Uprising women’s team.

The men’s grade will clash for the $5000 cash prize on offer and in the women’s event $2000.

The tournament kicks off on Friday January 29 at the Uprising Sports Complex in Pacific Harbour.
