Nestled deep in the luscious, green, Colo-i-Suva Rainforest Eco Resort, you’ll find your unique accommodation.

Discover your natural paradise in the heart of the wilderness where you can appreciate the beauty, and peacefulness which surrounds you.

Located along Princes Rd, Colo-i-Suva Rainforest Eco Resort is about 15kms away from the Nausori Airport and 9km from Suva City.

The resort offers a whole range of accommodation choices with unspoiled rainforest setting brimming with Fiji birdlife in its natural habitat.

Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the great outdoors during your unique rainforest getaway with accommodation options ranging from a simple room to shared room, shared facilities to a well-appointed lodge and queen size beds.

The resort’s director Brian Riches said the resort has 12 different room types across 22 rooms. Mr Riches says they have family bure options, studio rooms and budget rooms.

“We have a small 25 pax conference room and three function venues for small groups, Poolside Bar, Verandah Bar and Gazebo and restaurant balcony that could host 20 people,” he said.

“Guests have all-day access to indoor and outdoor activities giving you the set of both worlds.”

Outdoor activities include bird watching, hike at the Colo-i-Suva Forest Park, feeding the fish, or check out the restaurant and bar hub famous for both its chiefly bure design and spectacular views of the tranquil deepwater lake.

The sounds of birds’ chirping and the occasional passing thundershower provide you with a free natural concert throughout the day, and the lack of light pollution makes for an exceptional night-time show with a literal star-studded cast.

A queen-size bed awaits you inside your room when you need a rest, with plenty of windows and an overhead skylight that allows plenty of natural light and views of the lush green palms outside.

The restaurant is well known for its beautiful water views, delicious and fresh local food, warm ambience and mouth-watering traditional Fijian food.

Experience the local cuisine your tastebuds will also enjoy their stay as the lodge has its own organic garden which certainly isn’t an easy thing to do in the middle of the forest.
