Ba Provincial Holding to launch Class B shares to Fijian investors

Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited will launch its class B shares to Fijian investors and the general public on November 27, 2020.

This will take place at the Bose Ni Momo Trust and Ba Provincial Holdings Company Limited annual general meetings at the chiefly village of Sorokoba.

The Bose ni Momo ni Yasana ko Ba is made up of high chiefs of Ba.

A media statement from the Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited states that the agenda for next Friday’s AGM is to receive the audited financial statements of the Bose Ni Momo Trust for the year 2018/2019.
