TRAFFIC lights at the RB Jetpoint intersection in Martintar, Nadi, would be temporarily out of commission this week.
Fiji Roads Authority confirmed that the traffic lights needed its lamp control module needed to be replaced.
“The contractors are working on getting a replacement board at the earliest and normal operation should be established within the next seven days,” a statement from FRA said.
“The traffic lights will be flashing amber during this period and the intersection will be controlled by traffic police marshals during peak hours.”
In the meantime, FRA has advised motorists to respect the speed limit and obey all traffic directions.
