Ba football team after Radrigai for the new season

BA Football Association is looking at signing Dave Radrigai for the season.

This was confirmed by team manager Arvind Singh.

“We are trying to sign him although there has been nothing concrete as of now,” were the words of Arvind Singh.

He said BFA was interested to recruit the stylish midfielder.

“We need a good midfielder because Malakai Tiwa is nursing an injury.”

Radrigai is in New Zealand.

He made his debut in the Fiji team in its 5-0 victory against Tonga on August 19, 2015.

Radrigai, 30, also plays as a defender and scored his first international goal on December 12, 2017 in Fiji’s 4-0 victory against Tonga at the 2017 Pacific Mini Games at the Port Vila Municipal Stadium in Port Vila in Vanuatu.

Meanwhile, Samuela Nabenia is expected to feature for Rewa if Rewa Football Association clears his fines with the Ba Football Association.

It has also been confirmed that Mohammed Shazil Ali will return to Lautoka.

He is in New Zealand to play in a club in New Zealand after the 2019 Courts IDC.

Ba will play Rewa in the opening 2020 Vodafone Premier League match at Ratu Cakobau Park on Sunday at 3pm.
