INTERNATIONAL recording artist Iyaz rocked Onyx Platinum in Suva last night with his unique brand of rhythm and blues.
In a sold out show opened by Papua New Guinea artist Kali-D, Iyaz and internationally renowned producer DJ Victor Lopez kept the crowd on their feet with all his greatest hits including Replay, Solo and So Big — a song that has amassed more than 65 million views on YouTube.
“Coming to Fiji has been a dream come true for me,” the 32-year-old said.
His advice to upcoming Fijian singers and songwriters is to always “keep it real, “write about what you know” and “never give up”.
