MEMBERS of the public are advised that the Wailoku Village Crossing in Wailoku outside Suva is closed to motorists until further notice.

The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) says this is to allow the FRA contractors to carryout urgent repairs to the crossing.

“We have barricaded the area and the crossing is closed to all vehicles. Please note only pedestrians will have access on the crossing,” FRA said.

“We appreciate that this will result in inconvenience but public safety is paramount. For further queries please call our toll free number 5720. ”
