BAD weather affecting the Central Division failed to keep children of Tailevu, Naitasiri, Rewa and Wainibuka indoors because of the launch of the Quick Rugby program at Nausori yesterday.

Nine districts are competing in age group competitions after the two-day event was launched by Fiji Women’s Rugby president Vela Naucukidi at Saraswati Primary School at Manoca, Nausori this morning.

Two thousand students are taking part in the event which ends tomorrow.
