20 youths to travel to Japan on cultural exchange program

TWENTY youths from Fiji will leave for Oita, Japan, to be part of a cultural exchange program in October later this year.

Youth and Sports Minister Praveen Kumar said in an interview in Suva today that they were processing the applications.

He said once that was done, they would make an announcement on the successful applications.

“The requirements are the age range of applicants should be between 19 to 20 years old. Through this program, they will be able to make decisions about themselves,” Mr Kumar said.
