FIJI’S number one tennis player William O’Connel has made it through to the quarterfinals of the 2019 Pacific Games tennis men’s singles event.

O’Connel defeated Guam’s Daniel Liarenus 6-2 in the first set, 4-6 in the second set and 11-9 in the final set to come out victorious.
