Government committed to education: Akbar

GOVERNMENT is committed to education, says Education Minister Rosy Akbar.

She reiterated the above message while officiating as chief guest at the Early Childhood Week celebrations at Rambisessar Primary School in Nausori last night.

“We will continue to support our initiatives so that we make your lives easier, the parents’ lives easier,” Ms Akbar said.

The Minister also reminded parents that despite the Government’s assistance, they must continue to support their children and ensure they receive the best form of education.
