EDUCATION will remain free for all students, says Minister for Education and Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.
He said the free education initiative by Government has been allocated a total of $66.4million.
“But we are making one important change,” he said.
“Families who feel on a voluntary basis that they can afford school fees for their children can now pay the school fees on any amount they choose directly into an account that helps fund the construction of schools in rural maritime in Fiji.”
