2019 Coke Games: Navue’s golden jump puts SJSS in the lead

ST Joseph’s Secondary School has taken the lead in the girls’ division of the 2019 Coca-Cola Games that is underway at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.

This after Avelina Navue jumped 5.40m to secure another gold for the Waimanu Road ladies in the intermediate girls long jump event.

Mereseini Waqatoki of Suva Grammar School settled for silver with a jump of 5.35m, and Vasenai Bui of Dudley High School won bronze with a jump of 4.95m.

SJSS now has three gold and five silver medals.

Adi Cakobau School is in second place with two gold and five silver medals.

Jasper Williams Secondary School is in third place with two gold, one silver and one bronze medal.
